Hi everyone!

Today we are looking at one of our favourite exercises.

The push up is a great bodyweight exercise that can be performed anywhere.  And there’s not just one version either but whichever variation you choose, this exercise predominantly targets the chest and the triceps muscles.

The more you practice, the more you will achieve, so Get Your Kit On and give it a go!

There are many different versions of a push up so let’s take a look at a few…

This is a great starting point for those new to the push up:


This one will be familiar to most of us…

  • PUSH UP (Horizontal Press up)

This one is a step up from the push up and also takes to the body’s core muscles to the next level!
